Most phone cases are made for one specific phone model. Two phones from the same series, such as a Pro and a Pro Max, differ in size, button position and camera layout, so a case made for one will not fit the other. Checking your exact model takes less than a minute and is the best way to make sure your case fits when it arrives.
On an iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Tap General, then About.
- Look at Model Name, for example "iPhone 15 Pro Max".
Pay attention to every word in the name. "iPhone 18", "iPhone 18 Pro" and "iPhone 18 Pro Max" are three different phones, and each needs its own case.
On a Samsung Galaxy phone
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down and tap About phone.
- Look at Model name, for example "Galaxy S26+" or "Galaxy Z Flip5".
For Samsung phones, check both the series and the generation. A Galaxy S26+ is a different size from a Galaxy S26 or S26 Ultra, and each Galaxy Z Flip generation has its own case.
Match your model to the right case
Every product page names the phone the case is made for. Here is how our current cases line up:
- Casper wallet case: iPhone 18
- Bisbee slim case: iPhone 18 Pro
- Buffalo wallet case: Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus
- Miami case: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5
- 360° rotating stand case: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or iPhone 16 Pro Max. Choose your model from the Model option before adding it to your cart.
Chargers and other accessories
Accessories have compatibility notes too. Our smartwatch charging cable is for the Fitbit Sense (original) and Versa 3 only; its fit with other Fitbit models has not been confirmed. You can see your watch's name in the Fitbit app. For magnetic chargers and power banks, read the compatibility section on the product page, because magnetic hold and charging depend on your phone and on the case you use.
